Osteoarthritis can seem overwhelming when you are experiencing early symptoms. Osteoarthritis help comes from many sources -- your doctor, nurse, therapist, support group, friends, family -- and even from yourself. What was most helpful after learning you had been diagnosed with osteoarthritis? What made a difference, physically or emotionally, to help you cope with osteoarthritis?

Don't mention specific medications or treatments -- as we know, what works for one patient may not work for another. More importantly, offer advice based on what you have learned from living with osteoarthritis. What helps osteoarthritis?
