What Is Move Free?
Move Free is a dietary supplement that contains 1500 mg glucosamine hydrochloride, 200 mg chondroitin sulfate, 250 mg Uniflex, and 3.3 mg hyaluronic acid. Uniflex works as a powerful anti-oxidant and is derived from two herbs -- Chinese Scullcap and Black Catechu.
Indications and Effectiveness of Move Free
The supplement's manufacturer states that glucosamine and chondroitin rebuild joints, while hyaluronic acid replenishes your joints, and Uniflex protects your joints. Move Free is marketed for people with joint problems.
According to a small clinical trial published as an abstract in Osteoarthritis and Cartilage and the manufacturer's unpublished data, study participants experienced relief at 8 weeks: 83% had improved joint comfort, 78% improved function in daily activities, 72% improved physical function. Significant improvements with Move Free occurred in 1 to 2 weeks versus the 4 to 8 weeks typical of either glucosamine or chondroitin.
