Although joint pain is the primary symptom associated with osteoarthritis, it's not always managed successfully. Recognizing what increases your pain level can help you be more aware and avoid that which increases pain for you. Is there a particular activity that increases your pain level? Does not getting enough rest increase your pain level? Is your pain level affected by anything you eat? How about stress?
